For Metal Art - please note that slight scratches & small imperfections on the metal surface are part of the inherent process of grinding and creating the art and are not considered damage.

In the event that your package is damaged upon arrival, immediately contact the carrier to inspect the package and to deny acceptance. Carefully unpack and inspect all items. Please keep the packaging until you are sure no damage during shipping has occurred.

All original artwork will include a "Certificate of Authenticity" Please keep this with your important records.

• Please be aware that computer monitors differ in how they display colors and that the actual colors of your artwork may look slightly different than those displayed on your computer. Also be aware that the lighting will again change the appearance of colors, shadows and highlights on the metal art. This is part of the dynamic effect that the etching, lighting, reflectivity and color interplay have on how we see the metal art.

• Due to the unique nature of art it may be returned only if defective and for an exchange. All sales are final.
• If the item does not meet our return policy and is accepted for a return due to an unusual circumstance a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping, insurance and packaging materials.
• Please contact us immediately upon delivery for store credit or exchange to be considered.
• Shipping costs are not refundable and are the buyers responsibility.
• No returns allowed on any custom ordered artwork.

To return an item, please call our office at (262) 391-6131 or email: amazingmetalart@gmail.com for authorization and to receive an RMA number. A return authorization number is required prior to any returns.

Once you receive authorization, the returned item must arrive back in our studios within 14 days. Returned artwork must be packaged with the original materials or similar quality packaging and received back in the same gallery condition.

All metal art is intended for interior use only. If your project requires outside placement please contact our studios prior to purchasing.

All fine art should be handled with care to avoid any direct contact with the finished surface. The use of soft cotton/rubber gloves is recommended. Do not touch (fingers/hands) the surface of the art during cleaning or installation. Fingerprints and skin contain oils that if left on the surface can damage/discolor any metal or clear coating. If the art surface has fingerprint marks use a dampened, soft cotton or microfiber cloth with a small amount of mild hand soap and gently rub the marked area. Immediately thereafter, use a clean and dry, soft microfiber or cotton cloth to dry the surface.

• Never use alcohol, petroleum based, bleach or abrasive cleaners to clean your art work.
• Be sure to regularly dust your art with a dry, soft cotton or microfiber cloth to keep it clean.

• Please use care when handling the metal artwork as the corners and edges can be very sharp.
• All artwork comes ready to hang with strong picture wire and hanger hooks.
• There is no need to frame the art as it is designed to float about 1" from the wall.
• Please use appropriate screws with anchors that are strong enough to securely hold the artwork.
• Anything hung on a wall could potentially become a dangerous falling object. We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage due to the falling of art during your handling upon receipt. Please use care!

The metal artwork seen on this website has been photographed under LED track lighting. We recommend placing the art under a similar track light or strong light source for the best visual effects.

Metal art is also beautiful when placed close to a window that allows for changing light levels throughout the day. This change of lighting will create different & changing shadows and reflections on the art.
